More 765 Photos...

I just wanted to share with you some of the photos I caught while chasing the 765 this Saturday.  She was a sight to see.  What an ambassador for the Fort Wayne Railroad Historical Society and the Norfolk Southern Railroad.

While on her trip through Norfolk Southern territory, the 765 has been accompanied by NS 8100, the Nickel Plate Road Heritage unit.  NS has painted several new locomotives in paint schemes reminiscent of those railroads that make up today's NS system.  They have certainly done a masterful job of capturing the real flavor of the diesel engines of the late, great Nickel Plate.
