Larry Alter
Larry rules the roost and keeps the rest of the sports staff in check. He’s in his 37th year at The Courier and is a member of the Hancock Sports Hall of Fame board.
Dave Hanneman
In May, Dave will have been a member of The Courier sports staff for 30 years. Findlay High School athletics is Dave’s beat and there probably isn’t a prep writer in the state that’s won more writing awards than the Kalida native.
Mark Heiman
Buster joined the Courier staff in August 1989. He covers the BVC and was a star basketball and baseball player at Otsego ... umm check that he was on the team.
Jamie Baker
Baker was hired in Aug. of 1995 and covers cross country during the fall, wrestling during the winter and track and field in the spring. The Fostoria native found time to wrestle in college between 12-ounce curls.
Brian Lester
Brian has been the UF beat writer for The Courier the past 5 years and has worked for a number of other publications during his career.
Nathan Inniger
Nathan’s our hard-working part-timer that always gets the job done. A BGSU student, he can be considered one of many Arlington HS success stories.
