I’m thankful for making it through another year without being sued. Lawyers have just about destroyed the medical profession, made it difficult to get a job if you have ANY issues (liability), start a small business (liability), make a deal with a handshake (liability), or make and sell a new product (liability). I could go on, but you get the picture. I would use my real name, but some Attorney may find an inaccurate or blasphemous statement and sue me.

I am thankful for my 30 years at Whirlpool. Though it's no longer the "family" atmosphere it once was, thanks to the salaried cast of misanthropes, I am grateful it is still here, and providing my family with a steady income.

Being thankful means a lot, family, friends, having a job, my home being thankful that I can work. So many people being out of work and loosing there homes, people not being able to find jobs I pray to God that there will be help and well being to them all. I am very greatful for what little I do have because there is always some one that might be worse off than I. God Bless those and please keep the faith. God Bless you all.

I am so thankful for my family, friends and the life I have. With having cancer at a young age I was given the opportunity to cherish every minute that I am given! Take nothing for granted and tell those around you how much you love them every chance you get.

I'm thankful for my family. I'm also thankful that my husband who was diagnosed with end stage renal failure last year is still with me. He is on the transplant list at OSU. I am thankful for everyday that I get to spend with him. We just celebrated our first wedding anniversary this past Sunday. I am thankful for my job because some people don't have one. My husband's aunt was just diagnosed with breast cancer about a month ago and I am thankful she is still with us. It's been a hard year for all of us. Due to job cuts and economy changes, we all should be thankful we are still alive. We all know she will beat this and we will get through it. Just as I know John will have his kidney and pancreas transplant and make it another 50 years. Everyone should just count your blessings and be thankful for life, family and friends. I am thankful for my faith in God and my church.

A close family member was diagnosed with Breast Cancer last week. Today is her 34th birthday. I'm surprised to find myself feeling Thankful at this point in time. One might ask what I have to feel thankful for...I'm thankful that there is a good chance she'll beat this. Thankful that as bad as this is, it has brought us all even closer than we already are. Thankful for all the wonderful and supportive people in my life that until this week I may have taken for granted. Thankful for my faith.
