Thank you Ron this is the first chance I have had to listen to the forum. After listening to both candidates I have formed certain opinions. They are both novices at public speaking. I felt Mr. Knopf came across slightly better. My main criticism is in his final 2 minutes He did not sound like he really cared whether he won the election or not. Just get out and vote. "If for me okay or for the other no biggy" If I were not looking for the person who could benefit our community best I would vote my party (republican) But I AM looking for the person who will be the best at looking for the future of our community. Both candidates agree on many of the issues. Perhaps they each have a different approach but want to reach the same goal. I feel that Thomas Knopf is that person for me. Reasons: Education, Youth (that is not a negative), Business experience (the government is a business)and a Findlay native.
