A Halloween celebration at the Toledo Zoo for your little ones who are not yet in school and may be too young to enjoy the zoo's Pumpkin Path. Trick-or-treating and plenty of hands-on activities. PIRATE PARTY
Oct. 25, 2 p.m.
Ahoy mateys! Findlay Village Mall will be hosting a Pirate Party for kids of all ages on Oct. 25th at 2pm. The Pirate Party will include storytime, snacks, crafts, and prizes. Plus, every pirate will go home with a bag of pirate loot! Cost is $2.50 per person and all children must be accompanied by an adult. TRAIN OF TERROR
Through Oct. 28
Visitors will take a frightening night-time quarter-scale steam train ride past an eerie forest and graveyard. Those that survive the ride will then try to find their way through the twists and turns inside a darkened haunted engine house. The attraction is not intended for young children. Northwest Ohio Railroad Preservation, Inc. will host the event 8-11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights through Oct. 28. Location: 11600 County Road 99, Findlay, just west of Findlay Ford; Cost: $5. FEAR FACTORY

FOSTORIA HAUNTED HOUSE
Through Oct. 31
The ghouls and ghosts will be out at Fostoria’s only haunted house, located at 126 E. Lytle St. Admission is $3 for adults, $2 for children ages 6-10 and free for children age 5 below. The haunted house will be open 7:30 p.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays and 7:30-10 p.m. Sundays through October.
PUTNAM COUNTY HAUNTED CORNFIELD
Through Nov. 1

SUTER’S CORN MAZE

Leaders Family Farm in Napoleon offers a seven-acre Sam Hornish Jr. corn maze, a corn cannon range, karaoke stage, hayrides, a pumpkin patch, a moo-mobile for children, slides, straw tunnels, and a young children’s area. The Scream Acres Haunted Attraction features a haunted cornfield maze, refreshments and a "scare cam" that roams the field. Concessions available.
