Pete Sehnert handily beat Tom Knopf for the post of Findlay Mayor according to unofficial election results from the Hancock County Board of Elections. In Fostoria incumbent Mayor John Davoli, running as an independent, was able to retain his seat, besting three challengers. In other election day issues the Arlington school income tax was easily voted down while McComb's was narrowly defeated by less than 50 votes.

What do you think about these and the rest of the night's results? Did the city of Findlay and surrounding areas make the right choices on election day? Talk about the winners and losers in the vote blog now.

Polling Places

Hancock County polls are open until 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, so if you haven't voted yet, there's still plenty of time today.

Flood damage has caused a change in some Hancock County polling places on Nov. 6.

In Findlay, two precincts — Ward 4, Precincts A and B — have moved from the Anchor Community Center to the Sherman House.

And all of the Liberty Township precincts will be voting at Gateway Church on County Road 9 this November.

Hancock County has a total of 62 voting precincts. Many of these precincts share a polling place; there are a total of 29 polling places.
